Purpose: Per-package proposal templates + a findings-to-roadmap template that turns a G3 Discovery report into a priced engagement. These are the documents A3 (the HubSpot proposal Custom Code Action) renders from deal properties — so the {{TOKEN}} set here is A3's input contract.

How a proposal gets built

  1. Discovery + findings review (Y5) → scope + qualification captured in HubSpot.
  2. The G3 audit report → findings-to-roadmap template (each finding already carries a remediation_asset_id).
  3. Pick the package template, fill tokens, embed the roadmap.
  4. A3 renders it to PDF from deal properties (or render manually pre-A3).
  5. Price from Y2 (⚠️ real numbers — Sagar).
  6. Paper with the Y12 MSA + SOW.

Claim discipline

Every deliverable line must trace to a real claude.md §4 asset. Roadmap (not yet shipped) assets are allowed in a proposal only when marked (delivered during engagement) with the milestone — never implied as a pre-existing product.
