Purpose: Social-proof before we have logos. Two pieces: 1. A sanitized sandbox Discovery Audit report — the first reference asset, proving the G-tool output is real. 2. A case-study template (situation → findings → remediation → outcome) for the first real engagements.

How proof is used pre-logos

  • The sanitized sample audit ships with Y4 touch 3 ("how the audit works") and the Y8 offer one-pager — it makes "free audit" concrete without naming a client.
  • The case-study template is filled the moment the first engagement closes a finding; even one anonymized case ("a Series A SaaS company") is potent.

Sanitization rules (Nidhi gate — hard)

  • Zero real client data, zero PII, zero real tenant/subscription IDs. The sample uses an obviously-synthetic company ("Northwind Apps"), fake GUIDs, and Faker-style values — same discipline as tests/fixtures/ (claude.md §10.3).
  • Real case studies require written client consent before any identifying detail is used; default to anonymized ("a 60-person FinTech on Azure") until consent is in hand.
  • Nidhi reviews every proof asset for leakage before it leaves SnowOps.

DoD

  • One sanitized sandbox report produced with zero real-client/PII data.
  • Case-study template filled end-to-end with the sandbox example.
